For more than 25 years I have worked at the intersection of journalism, strategy, and community. I study business models, cultural trends, and the people who make organizations move. That research informs every decision. I am not a consultant who arrives with a predetermined answer. I am an engagement journalist who listens first, understands the full picture, and then develops the strategy. I founded Global Harlem — the first AI-powered cultural intelligence platform for the Black diaspora — and created the Engage or Fade framework as a direct result of that process. I use AI to build systems that are sustainable because they are built on real intelligence, not assumptions.
